Cedar Electronics, a holding company of Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics (CIOMP), Chinese Academy of Sciences, has won the China International Industry Fair Award (CIIF Award), a leading industry award given only to the best of China’s industrial products.

At the 22nd China International Industry Fair, a showcase of China’s latest technological achievements, the "Ultra HD, Ultra High Resolution, Large-Size LED Display" independently developed by Cedar Electronics won the China International Industry Fair Award (CIIF Award), further cementing Cedar’s position as a leading developer and manufacturer of top quality LED products in China.

Cedar Electronics also wowed visitors with their fully flipped COB ultra-high definition display, the company’s "13th Five-Year" national key research and development plan project.

China International Industry Fair, opened this year on September 15 at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center, is the only exhibition in China authorized by the State Council to hand out industry awards. Its CIIF award are given to products considered the epitome of "Made in China" and is one of the most valuable awards in Chinese industry. This year’s CIIF awards had 434 shortlisted candidates, involving cutting-edge technologies in the fields of materials, electronics, energy, medical, aerospace, and core components. After a rigorous review process, 10 CIIF awards were eventually handed out. The winners have all made significant progress in key aspects of their various industrial fields, or breakthroughs in key technologies. Winning CIIF award is a top-level honor which certifies Cedar's leading position and extraordinary strength in the field of LED display in China.
