Cedar’s 100 m2 Flip Chip COB UHD Screen to Lighten the “Smart Sansteel” Management and Control Center   

Recently, the Management and Control Center for Big Data Operations, located at the first floor of Fujian Sansteel Minguang Co., Ltd. was put into operation. The new Management and Control Center integrates dispatch center, operation center, event center and emergency center. As a “unified, efficient, centralized and professional” dispatching control platform, it may help break down the departmental “data” barriers, create a streamlined, efficient, flat and collaborative management and control pattern, and comprehensively enhance the coordination and command capacity of the dispatching system at Sansteel, marking a milestone step forward in the construction of intelligent manufacturing at Sansteel. 

The Management and Control Center for Big Data Operations is a key project of Sansteel Minguang for the promotion of transformation and upgrading, implementation of intelligent management and control, and realization of high-quality development by deep integration of industrialization and informatization. During the operation of iron and steel manufacturers, the construction of a large screen visual information platform plays a vital role in safe and orderly organization and coordination of production process, effective allocation of production resources, real-time control of production and operation updates and timely direction and coordination of problems arising in all production links. The Management and Control Center adopts Cedar’s flip chip COB UHD LED screen with pixel pitch of 1.2mm and resolution up to 20160*2970, having a total scale of 100 m2. Using the patented technology of flip chip COB independently developed by Cedar, the product is featured by high stability and reliability, eye protection by area light source display and suitability for long time viewing, so it can easily meet the need of 7 * 24 hours uninterrupted operation of the Management and Control Center and maintenance of stable and powerful working performance. In terms of display effect, the flip chip COB display screen allows for ultra-high brightness, ultra-high contrast and ultra-high resolution display with seamless splicing technology to accurately present and restore various data information and rich image content, and comprehensively realize the smart and intelligent operation management, manufacturing control and safe work execution.

Based on the needs of Sansteel at five levels including ecosystem synergy, group control and sharing, industrial operation and management, industrial manufacturing control, and intelligent equipment, Cedar Electronics has worked out the comprehensive application solution for large-screen intelligent steel display. On the independently developed flip chip COB UHD display screen with the visual display application system, it integrates the information flow transmission, production, energy, logistics and planning, and allows for the optimization of a range of integrated organization management systems such as management and control, facilitating the management, control and dispatching of all-weather, all-round and real-time production command and coordination, and fundamentally realizing efficient production and innovative scientific management.
